Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

50% Exchange / Replacement Discount

Customers may exchange or replace their jewellery at any time and receive up to 50% discount based on the original purchase value of the item.

Example:

If you purchased a product for Rs. 2,000, you may receive up to Rs. 1,000 discount toward your next purchase when exchanging that item.

Conditions

• Products should be returned in reasonable condition.

• Excessively damaged, broken, altered, or incomplete items may not qualify.

• Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory.

• Beejays Jewellery reserves the right to inspect products before approving an exchange or replacement.
  
  

  Refund Policy

  Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

  If you receive your parcel and are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return.

  Full Refund Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.

  • Product must be returned in its original condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund of the product value will be issued.

  Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
