You can exchange or replace your jewellery at any time and receive up to 50% of your original purchase value toward your next order. For example, a product purchased for Rs. 2,000 can be exchanged for up to Rs. 1,000 off a new item. Products should be returned in reasonable condition; original packaging is preferred but not required.

Yes. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 1 day of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund of the product value. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
